The community of Glade Springs Village is nestled among 2,950 acres of lush woodlands and mountain streams in southern West Virginia. Glade Springs Village is located a short 4.5 miles off of I-64, less than 20 minutes from Beckley, WV and an hour from the state capitol, Charleston. At 2,800 feet elevation, Glade Springs Village is perched on the beautiful Appalachian Mountains and enjoys cooler summers with less humidity. The natural beauty of Glade Springs Village is unsurpassed anywhere in the world.
We have something for everyone — from golfing to snow skiing to white water rafting! Winterplace Ski Resort is located within 10 miles and the drive to whitewater rafting is less than 30 minutes from our community. Another great attribute is the very low cost of living, reasonable housing price, real estate taxes and club dues.
The Glade Springs Village Property Owners Association, Inc. was incorporated in 2001 as a domestic, nonprofit corporation in West Virginia. Currently, we have approximately 800 residences and several under construction.
